Heat: 3 tbsp oil
Add: 1/4 tsp mustard seed+ 1/2 tsp chana dal+1 tsp cashew nut+1 cut green chilli+1 tbsp grated copra saute.
Add: 3 cups cut brinjal +1 pinch turmeric powder and saute well.
Add: 4 tsp By2Coffee Vangibath Pudi+3 tbsp tamarind pulp+1/2 tsp jaggery+Salt+1/4 cup water, Cook well.
Add: 3 cups of cooked rice. Mix well and serve hot.
Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to retain freshness.
Best before 6 months from the Date of Manufacture.
