WHAT YOU NEED:
To make Rava Idli prepare too Sour Curd and coriander leaves.
- Heat water in the Idli cooker/Idli vessel and keep it ready.
- To 1 Cup of RAVA IDLI MIX, add 1 1/2 cups of too sour curd and 20g of chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to form a batter and keep aside for 3 minutes.(Cup is the measure of your choice).
- Steam the batter in an Idli cooker/Idli vessel plates for 10-12 minutes on high flame.
COOKS ABOUT 20-25 IDLIES
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, transfer the content to an airtight container. Use a dry spoon.
Idli may turn yellow if the curd is not sour. Steam freshly prepared batter in a pre-heated cooker.
