DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Grease the idli plate with a little oil or ghee.
• Set the idli steamer or pressure cooker with water at the bottom for steaming.
• Pour the batter into the plate, steam cook batter for 12 minutes or till cooked.
• Remove idli from the cooker and serve.

NOTE:

Batter for making Idlies only mildly salted. Mix well before cooking

SUGGESTION:

• Make Idlies with steam from conventional vessels.
• Store in a Refrigerator(0°-5°C) but don’t freeze.
• Bring to room temperature before cooking.
