PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Savor the authentic taste of tradition with Rasam Pudi, a classic spice blend that embodies the essence of South Indian cuisine. This meticulously crafted mixture combines a medley of traditional spices, expertly roasted and ground to perfection. The result is a rich and aromatic powder that lends its distinctive flavors to Rasam, a beloved South Indian soup. With its balance of tanginess, spiciness, and warmth, Rasam Pudi elevates the humble ingredients to create a comforting and flavorful experience.

 

COOKING DIRECTION: 

Cook: 4 tbsp toor dal + 3 cups of water + 1⁄2 spoon oil + pinch of  Turmeric powder. Churn cooked dal & keep aside.

Boil: 2 tbsp tamarind pulp + 1⁄2 tbsp jaggery + 2 chopped tomato + 1 tbsp By2Coffee Rasam Pudi + 1 cup water.

Add: Cooked dal, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Heat: 1 tbsp ghee +1 tbsp mustard + curry leaves + pinch of asafoetida.

Add: Chopped coriander and serve hot.

 

CAUTION: 

Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to retain freshness.

Best before 6 months from the Date of Manufacture.
