such as coriander seeds, Jeera, Methi, Curry leaves and Urad Dal are dry roasted to perfection, releasing their aromatic flavors. Once cooled, the roasted ingredients are skillfully ground into a fine powder, its unique blend of spices adds depth and complexity to sambar, ensuring a truly delightful culinary experience with every use. Elevate your meals and indulge in the tantalizing flavors of Kundapra with every spoonful of our meticulously crafted sambar pudi.
Add: Salt, tamarind, curry leaves, jaggery, asafoetida, coriander leaves to boiled vegetables according to taste.
Heat: Sambar Pudi to the cooked toor dal and boil (Alternatively a mixture of ground grated coconut & Sambar Pudi can be used) Tempered with mustard seeds.
Add: 100g of Sambar Pudi is sufficient to prepare 3 Ltrs of Sambar.
Add: Green chillies to make it extra spicy, but do not add extra Sambar Pudi & Serve Hot.
Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to retain freshness.
Best before 12 months from the Date of Manufacture.
