Each spoonful of Namma Kundapra Rasam Pudi delivers a harmonious blend of jeera, methi, coriander seeds, curry leaves and red chillies. Simply add a spoonful of this magical blend to your rasam during the cooking process, and watch as it transforms into a tantalizing soup with its vibrant color and irresistible aroma.
Boil: Salt, tamarind, tomatoes and green chillies according to taste to 3 Ltr water.
Add: 100g Rasam Pudi and the cooked toor dal and boil.
Add: Asafoetida, coriander leaves and curry leaves tempered with mustard seeds.
Add: Green chillies to make it extra spicy, but do not add extra Rasam Pudi & Serve Hot.
Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to retain freshness.
