Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case you want to cancel an order, we can be contacted at by2coffee.padukone@gmail.com or call us on (+91) 95353 68212 between 9 am to 6 pm on all 7 (seven) days of the week. We will be able to cancel the order as long as it is not shipped. Unfortunately, we won't be in a position to cancel once the order is shipped and the same will be notified to you via email. Once the order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund for the same. The refund will be made in the same method that the payment is received, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
