DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Add a little water to make Dosas
• Don’t cook Idlies once you add water
• Use batter as is for Idlies
• The batter is mildly salted
• Add salt as per your taste

COOKS ABOUT 20-22 IDLIES / 14-16 DOSAS  

SUGGESTION:

• For Idli: Make Idlies with steam from conventional vessels.
• Store in a Refrigerator(0°-5°C) but don’t freeze.
• Bring to room temperature before cooking.
