Shipping Policy

By 2 Coffee (“we” and “us”) is the operator of the website ( (“Website”). By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon the terms of our service.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In such instances, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer a refund.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The final price for shipping costs to the customer will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Terms:

3.1 Transit Time Domestically:

For domestic shipments, products are typically in transit for 2-7 days, and for international shipments, products are typically in transit for 5-10 days.

3.2 Dispatch Time:

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In such instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address:

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.4 Items Out of Stock:

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s) and dispatch the rest of your order.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded:

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications:

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS, from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If you receive a parcel that is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible, and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.

6. Duties & Taxes:

Applicable Goods and Services Tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on our website.

7. Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, if an order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
