Return & Refund Policy

1. By 2 Coffee values customer satisfaction and strives to provide an excellent buying experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within ………. days of receiving your order. By 2 Coffee does not take title to returned items, and any refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of By 2 Coffee.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that once the order process for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.

3. In case of a refund, a store credit or coupon code will be provided for the refund amount, which can be used to purchase products on our website. Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

4. By 2 Coffee reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds if the returned product(s) are found to be damaged or used. Additionally, By 2 Coffee is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipment.

Please note that during periods of significantly increased demand and lower stock availability, such as festivals such as Rakhi, Diwali, etc., there is an increased risk of items being out of stock. By 2 Coffee will make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee availability of all products at all times.
